As a National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator with a decade of weightlifting experience, multiple years in the fitness industry, and over 9 years in the Army, I focus on creating dynamic, high-energy workouts that build strength, endurance, and confidence.
